Orders and Shipping Information

Your order of beautiful wallpaper borders and fine gifts usually ships within 2 to 5 business days, which are Monday thru Friday. Our hand-painted Biblical Borders™ are generally in stock. At times we do hand print before an order can be shipped. Fulfillment on custom borders, murals, and special orders on some of our gifts and collectables may take 10 to 14 business days. You will be notified of any delays or backorders. Other specialty items may ship separately to ensure timely delivery and could ship by US Postal Service with Proof of Delivery, UPS, or FedEx Ground.

We ship to resident, business and post office box addresses. If shipping to a Post Office Box your business or resident address will also be required. Our International customers must call or e-mail us for shipping charges. Sales Tax 8.1% Sales tax applies to Arizona residents only.

Ordering Samples

Please remember that color varies from computer to computer therefore, you may feel the need to order a sample border. Samples are cut to approximately 12” to 14" and will show a portion of the pattern for verification of color. It will be shipped via First Class Mail. There is a charge of $3.00 per sample, verses are not guaranteed on the samples.

Returns for Defective Borders or Products:

We guarantee all of our products/borders. If a product is defective, you will receive 100% refund or replacement of the defective product after it has been returned to us for inspection.

Please Note:

Our Return Policy requires all wallpaper borders be UNOPENED unless found to be defective upon opening. With the exception of defective products, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date received. Digital Murals and custom products can be returned for defects only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
