How To Return A Defective Item
In the unlikely event of a defective product, it must be returned before a refund is provided. Inspirational Décor must be notified via email at Sales@InspirationalDecor.com within 7 days of receiving the product, which will be based on the date of the Delivery Confirmation provided by the USPS. A Return Item Authorization number will be issued approving the return. Without exception, the above process must be followed to receive a refund. A Return Item Authorization number will be issued via email approving the return. Without the Return Item Authorization number returns are not accepted.
1. Please email Sales@InspirationalDecor.com to request a refund specifying the nature of the defect. Inspirational Décor will assign you a Return Item Authorization ticket number approving the return. Unless the merchandise is defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping expense.
2. We will provide you with the return address when we issue you the Return Item Authorization ticket number.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the defect or reason for the return and include a copy of your original receipt.
4. Upon receipt of the product and verification of the defect, a refund will be credited for the purchase price and return shipping.

Return Exceptions Custom Word Art, Custom lettering or any other customized product cannot be returned for a refund. Products that have been altered will not be accepted for a refund. We do not offer exchanges, however, will offer to replace defective products.
Restocking Fee
All return products, unless defective) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Please note Inspirational Décor does not refund the original shipping and handling paid when ordered
Shipping and Order Tracking
We generally ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days of shipping. Most orders ship within 24 hours of the purchase when placed Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped.
We will provide you with the USPS Delivery Confirmation number, which can be used for tracking purposes. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have Delivery Confirmation numbers.
We find that USPS Priority Mail provides the most efficient and economical method of shipping when weighed against delivery time and combined with Delivery Confirmation.
Before the final Checkout shipping will be calculated and added to the invoice at which time you can decide upon purchasing the product.
